This Cancellation Policy describes how and when Guests (“you”, and “your”) are entitled to cancel their Reservation for a full or partial refund. Any refund that may be owed to you will be issued only to the payment method used to make the Reservation.

This cancellation policy applies only if the Operator which you have contracted with for your Reservation has not provided a different cancellation policy. In that case, the Operator’s cancellation policy shall take precedence over this Cancellation Policy.
